On October 24, 2023, the Lean Management Department organized a summary meeting of the three prevention and four leakage theme proposal improvement activities, which invited the company’s leading general manager Zhang Qibin, assistant general manager Zhu Qiang, assistant general manager Piao Chunde, and consultant teacher Wang Dengxi to attend. Heads of workshops, departments and regional heads of participating activities attended the meeting.

This activity aims to fully mobilize the majority of employees to participate in and support the company’s proposal to improve the work, in-depth promote the various departments to carry out special on-site waste improvement, in order to reduce the waste in the production process, improve product quality, eliminate safety risks, and promote the effective sharing of improvement measures among various departments. The lean management department focuses on the homogeneity problems with large on-site waste and repeated occurrence as the object of improvement, respectively: collision prevention, error prevention, prevention of dangerous air leakage, oil leakage (including water leakage), material leakage (including powder leakage), and electric leakage as the core content. The activity has gone through program planning, promotion and implementation of the activity, problem investigation, improvement and implementation, and result review, which lasted for a total of one month, and passed the acceptance of the activity leader on duty.

In the process of the activity, the teams actively participate, offer suggestions, find problems, think of ways, make plans, and make improvements. Every unreasonable place has become a breakthrough point for team members to dig and think, and the team vitality has been fully burst out, gushing out, brave in innovation, and striving for the benchmark is the consistent goal of every team member.

In this activity, the three groups of blades won the first place, the four groups of blades won the second place, and the hole processing group, the two groups of blades and the three workshop packaging group won the third place.

The leader of the company awarded the honorary certificate and bonus for the winning region, the person in charge of the winning region shared the summary report of the team’s improvement with the participants as a representative, Xu Biao, the head of a workshop, spoke as a representative of the affiliated cadre, shared the experience of promoting the activity, and finally Zhu Qiang, the assistant general manager, made a summary speech. He fully affirmed the significance of this activity and the excellent results achieved by each team, and put forward higher requirements for management innovation, in order to achieve systematic promotion of lean management and strive to achieve quality and efficiency improvement.

With the gradual deepening of lean management, the lean concept has been gradually internalized in the mind and externalized in the line, and the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees to participate in improvement and innovation have been fully mobilized.
