In order to actively respond to the national call for strengthening safety production and emergency management, further promote the construction of the company’s safety culture, enhance employees’ safety awareness and self-protection ability, Baida Precision successfully held a unique safety knowledge competition in the landlord conference room of Factory 3 on the afternoon of November 13th. This event has received high attention and strong support from the company’s senior leadership, attracting more than 30 employees from different departments and positions to actively participate.
The purpose of holding this safety knowledge competition is to test employees’ mastery of safety knowledge through the form of a competition, stimulate their enthusiasm for learning safety knowledge, and improve the overall safety management level of the company. The competition covers various aspects such as safety production laws and regulations, fire safety knowledge, occupational health and protection, emergency rescue, etc., comprehensively assessing employees’ safety literacy.
During the competition, each participating team demonstrated excellent teamwork spirit and a solid foundation of safety knowledge. They fully demonstrated their strength and style in safety knowledge through fierce competition in multiple stages such as group mandatory questions, group quiz questions, risk questions, and identifying hidden dangers through pictures. At the same time, interactive segments with the audience were interspersed during the competition, with active participation and a lively atmosphere, further enhancing the fun and interactivity of the event.
After intense competition, Team 4, composed of three workshops, won the first prize for their outstanding performance. Team 6, composed of the quality department, and Team 5, composed of four workshops, won the second and third prizes respectively. Additionally, five other teams also received participation awards. The company leaders, Mr. Park and Mr. Ye, presented honor certificates and bonuses to the award-winning teams and highly praised their outstanding performance in the competition.
In addition, the company will continue to strengthen the construction of safety culture, continuously improve employees’ safety awareness and self-protection ability through various forms such as regular safety knowledge lectures and emergency rescue drills, and provide solid safety guarantees for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
